Prior TELS Presentations and Awards

RTOC held our first (and so far only) completely virtual TELS in 2022 in order to comply with Covid rules and policies. It was livestreamed from the Museum of Arts and Culture in Spokane, WA. TELS 2023 was held at the Shoshone-Bannock Casino and Hotel in Fort Hall, ID with support from the Shoshone-Bannock Tribe. TELS 2024 was held at Spirit Mountain Casino and Hotel in Grand Ronde, OR with support from Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde.
