Expected conference attendance: 300-400 people, estimated 250 in-person with remainder as virtual attendees. To encourage booth interaction, we will be offering a “passport contest” where event attendees will be able to collect stamps when they check in physically, or claim deals & offerings, post a comment, and like a booth on the virtual platform. Tutorials will be sent after registration.

In-person includes one 8′ table and access to power, lunch for 1 booth attendee for the 3 days of the Summit, additional staff add-on available for an additional $100.

Virtual and in-person can set up a virtual booth on our platform, Whova. It is used by all attendees and includes engagement tools such as lead generation and retrieval, video and photo uploads, direct messaging, special offers or discounts to attendees, contests and the ability to host virtual meet ups.
